Refund Policy


Apparel: We offer exchanges for apparel at the return and shipping cost of the purchaser as we do not provide return labels. All apparel must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt and must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.

To start an exchange for apparel, you can contact us at If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
All products, with the exception of apparel, cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

All sale items are nonrefundable.
